Step 1: Open your account i.e. register as a bidder. If you have already registered your account, skip the registration procedure and go to the next step.

In order to register your bidder account, please select “Access” (the top right corner of the page), then select “Register” and please fill in the required information on the bidder.

After setting and confirmation of your password, you will receive an e-mail. Please confirm your registration by clicking the button “here”.

This way you will create an account in our database. The account can be used for requesting and downloading of any open tender.

Step 2: Log in to protected section of the web site

To log in, please select “Access” (the top right corner of the page) then “Log in” and enter your e-mail and password.

Step 3: Send a request for downloading tender dossiers and sending an evidence of payment

It is possible to request downloading only for tenders with status “Open”. To request download of a tender dossier, select “Tender dossiers” in the menu of the tender you are interested in.

Please upload the evidence of payment of the fee (a scan of a payment slip or a bank statement) and request downloading of tender dossiers by selecting “Upload”. After finding the document containing the evidence of payment in your computer, select it and click “Open”. Please select “Send request” in the bottom left corner of the page.

At the page “TENDER DOSSIERS”, the tender you requested will be marked as “Pending”. Your download request will be approved within 24 h from the payment receipt and you will receive a notification via e-mail.

Step 4: Download tender dossiers

After receiving an e-mail, please log in to the protected section of the web site (Step 2), select “Tender dossiers” in the top right menu, select option “Download documentation” next to the tender and select “Save” in order to save the dossiers on your computer.
